The center covers an area of 20,000 square meters, in which are 500 square meters of office buildings, 3,000 square meters of workshops, 2,000 square meters of warehouses and 3,300 square meters of newly-built hotel-style dormitory. The current product capacity is about 30,000 auto curtains per month. The product center is divided into three departments: Material Dept., Product Dept., and Quality Control Dept. To ensure high quality, Sunluck has spent $1,000,000 importing AGIE super-precision wire-cut EDM from Switzerland. Sunluck also has MAKINO NC milling machines, automatic laser-clamping positioning systems and multi-free computer-controlled manipulator. |
