| About | We would like to introduce ourselves as a leading manufacturer of non-ferrous cast and forged products in rough and machined condition. We have our own Tool Room, Heat Treatment and Quality Inspection facilities. Our company was established in the year 1967 and since then, we are regularly supplying to Defence, Aviation, Railways and High Voltage Electrical Transmission Industry. Our product range is as below: - Non-Ferrous Forged Items We have Forging Presses for Forging for 100gms. Per Piece to 10 Kgs. (22 Pounds) per piece. We Forge in Copper, Brass and Aluminum Alloy to various International Standards. Non-Ferrous Castings We are producing Castings with both Pressure Die-Casting and Gravity Casting depending on the end-use and the volumes required. We are presently manufacturing Casting in Aluminum and Zinc based Alloys. We can produce Pressure Die Cast Components from 100 gms. To 2 Kgs. (4. 4 Pounds) per piece weight. Machining Facilities We have a well-equipped Machine Shop with CNC Turning, Turn Mills and Machining Centres. We are supplying our products in fully machined condition in close tolerances. Finishing We have in-house facilities for finishing the parts produced by us. We have facilities of Anodize and Electro Plating. We are also producing Silver Plated Parts. We are also supplying assemblies and sub-assemblies in ready-to-use condition. We hope that the above gives you some idea of our capabilities.
