| About | Sir The available quantity now is about 4, 000, 000 (Four million) barrels presently available. In this transaction every card must be on table. The oil will be brought to international water way here in Togo where all parties involved will take any necessary observation the way he want. Then all related documents will be released for verifications. After this terms will be discussed. . No payment of any sort will be made to any individual. NOTE: there will be negotiable discount of about $2 to $3 per barrel from the world oil price take for instance if the world oil price is $49 a barrel, we may consider $47 as the case may be.
