| About | OUR HISTORY Gold Star Chili was established in 1965 when the four Daoud brothers were embarking on a journey that would soon embody the Great American Dream of owning a successful business. The first store location was erected in Mt. Washington. To this day, the spice blend is a closely guarded secret that remains within the family. In 2004, Sami Tueimeh, returned to Jordan from the U. S with un enthusiasm & a desire to shepherd the company into a new area. He commissioned market studies & focus groups & found that many changes had to be made in order to maintain Chili House's market prominence. However, the data provided the ingredients for our new road map "Chili House's presence on university campuses allowed the company to keep entering & capturing the hearts to younger generations. Kids ' meals & kids ' play areas; coloring box & toy give a ways were added.
