We are based in the commercial city of malawi and are a teaching instituion with the burning ambition of supplying a strong and commited health personnel inmalawi first then going to other countries in Africa then supplying the much needed staff to the lest of Africa. We are currently training and putting back health personnel in the malawi government hospitals that have been heavily affected by brain drain by pinning them down to long term contracts that will see them being commited to their service before being released to persue their own ambitions. We do consultancy work on the aqisition of health personel and other related challenges facing not only governments but also whole intituions.
