| About | SPUNLACE NON-WOVEN PROJECT Ginni Nonwovens-A Unit of Ginni Filaments Limited has implemented a project for Nonwoven Fabric based on Spunlace Technology in the State of Gujarat (India) . The Plant capacity is 12000 MTs. During a year. The State-of-the art technology and equipment has been provided by M / s Rieter Perfojet, France. The Plant produces roll goods based on 100% Polyester, 70% Viscose / 30% Polyester, 100% Viscose & 100% Cotton Plain & Aperture products. The products find extensive application in customer hygiene products, Medical Textiles & industrial end use like PVC / PU Coating Substrates. Converting facilities for making downstream products from roll goods have also been set up. These products cater to demanding international and domestic markets. The Company has invested in converting of wet wipes / dry wipes and has also launched its range of branded consumer products. Company is also carrying out custom converting for other brands. |
