| About | Established in April 1993, MIC Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a Japanese company specialized manufacturer and exporter of high quality aluminium casting products such as grills, gates, fences, curtain walls, doors, benches, handrails, and many others to the construction and other industries using the most advanced Japanese technology, located in phase 3 export processing zone, Katunayake, Sri Lanka, having its parent company and eight sister companies in Japan. Our annual output of Aluminium castings is more than 5, 000 metric tons. These products are mainly used in metallurgy, construction industries and hardware engineering industries. The materials used for castings include aluminum, aluminum alloy. Our products sell well in domestic markets and also 90 percent are exported to Japan. Our target is to manufacture high quality alluminium casting products througt the vacume Processing Sand casting technology with highsest quqlity and cost effectively. There are over 100 employees including 35 technicians from medium to senior in our company. We have many manufacturing machines such as medium frequency induction furnace, moulding machine with V-PRO technology, die-casting machine, shot blaster, SPK direct reading instrument analyzer, metallurgical analysis, hardness tester and CMM as well. The casting parts made by CNC machining, painting and assembly also can be supplied to meet our clients' requests. A formal quality assurance program, in accordance with ISO9001 standards, insures that the finished products can meet the customers' specifications.
