Some information on Jams: The quality of our products are undoubtedly better than the best available in the market, even when compared to the Jams sold by Multi National Companies. In fact we supply fruit pulp to many of these industries for their own jam marketing. We have a well equipped in-house quality control laboratory and Quality system which takes care of all aspects of quality from the point of cultivation of fruits to the end product. Presently we are actively implementing the quality system requirements as per HACCP and very shortly we should get the accreditation as well. The focus for the marketing of the Fruit Jam and Tomato Sauce has been mostly in the Institutional segments. The bulk packing jams for the Bakery Industry is a major market in which our Company is an undoubted leader in the Southern States of India. The Uniqueness of the Fruit Jam is that they are produced directly from the fresh fruits and so are Preservative Free and contain no Sulphur as preservative. The Tomato Sauce is made from only and only Tomato with no addition of Emulsifiers or Stabilisers which most of the Multinational Brands have as a major ingredient in their sauces.
