Extra Virgin Olive Oil “DONUM NATURAE”(0,2°<acidity >0,6°) “yielded” taste.
100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil, vibrantly fresh, yellow and full of flavour. It is an extra virgin olive oil from traditionalolives of Salento (South of Italy): “coratina”.
Slightly spicy and has the characteristic bitter taste "fruity" due to the presence of the variety of the olive “coratina”. DONUM NATURAE is cold pressed and unfiltered.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil “GIGLIO”(0,3°< acidity >0,7°).
100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil sweet with a pleasant fragrance. It is a delicately flavour extra virgin oil with itsunmistakeable fragrance of fresh olives is the result of our experience. It has many excellent qualities which remainunchanged in time. GIGLIO is obtained a delicate, top quality oil of incomparable goodness. This bright oil has anunforgettable fruity taste and is also extremely digestible. It is an extra virgin olive oil from traditional olives of Salento
(South of Italy): “ogliarola”, “leccino”, “frantoio”, “nocellara del belice”.
Virgin Olive Oil“SUAVITAS”(0,8°< acidity >1,3°).
This dark green, filtered Virgin Olive Oil, with the typical fragrance of freshly pressed olives, is bottled as soon as it leavesthe mill. It is obtained using a variety of olives which continue to retain their green colour and decidedly fruity taste.These olives are cold pressed naturally and are not subjected to any chemical process. In order to really appreciate its fruity taste, it is best used to season all raw dishes (to season salads, legumes, toasted bread etc.).
