SELLER’S PROCEDURE FOB ROTTERDAM PRODUCT

1). Seller drafts “SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement)” and “CI (Commercial Invoice)” to be lodged in both banks. Seller and Buyer execute final contract. Seller sends final contract electronically in PDF format. An electronically executed final contract can stand as original.

2). Seller’s bank contacts buyer’s bank to begin Bank to Bank communication in order to exchange and confirm buyer’s readiness to provide “MT999/RWA/POF” for quantity in exchange of seller’s “SGS”, “Partial POP (Proof of Product)”.

3). From the moment of receipt of the Buyer's bank “MT999/RWA/POF”, Seller, within 12 hours (min.) - 48 hours (max.), will be required to send to the Buyer's bank “SGS”, “Partial POP”, for the lifetable quantity stored in tanks at the port of loading.

4). Buyer’s bank issues 100% with “Non-Activate DLC” with 48 hours.

5). Seller issues “2% Performance Bond” within 48 hours banks are stepping “DLC”.

6). Buyer makes “Dip-Test” at Port of Rotterdam; “Dip-test” will be conducted at the expense of the Buyer.

7). Buyer sends to seller his vessel “Q88”.

8). Seller transfers product to buyer’s “Vessel”.

9). Seller provides THE FULL SET of SHIPMENT DOCUMENTS, including the final invoice, as per the “Q&Q” report, and Buyer pays with “TT”/wire “Transfer MT103” 2 (min.) – 3 (max.) banking days. Seller’s bank transfers “Title” to Buyer:

9.1). Seller issue and signature “Pro Forma Invoice”.
9.2). Full set (3/3) original “Bill of Lading” properly issued and endorsed to the Buyer or Buyer’s bank marked “Clean on Board”.
9.3). “Certificate of Quality” and “Certificate of Quantity” original countersigned by independent inspector in Originals.
9.4). Original of “Master’s receipt” for the copy documents.
9.6). Original of “Master’s Receipt” for the “Samples”.
9.7). Original of “Certificate” of Origin”.

10). Transaction closed.
